Not a problem for VAG engines they don't use the waterless coolant.
The ethylene glycol coolant mixed with water up to 60:40 ratio are actually increasing the boiling point of the coolant mix and when the coolant reservoir pressure cap is working properly, it will raise the boiling point above or close to 120deg.C (it varies between the brands of coolant, I've seen some claiming 160degC).
Use water mixed with some aftermarket magic as a coolant in your engine at your own peril, you will regret that later.
