I had a look, and yes, those are def the ones I put in the map lights. (I have a pano roof, so my rears are festoon ones, not those ones). Odd yours has some residual current....Originally posted by jfi2ee View Post2014 Skoda Ambition Plus 103TSI candy white wagon, 6sp Manual, Tech pack, Panoramic Sunroof, 18's, Colour Maxidot, Comfort BT

thanks for checking mate, I got word from ledperf here's a picture of what they recommended doing with the resistors - all seems fixed nowOriginally posted by GTR27 View PostI had a look, and yes, those are def the ones I put in the map lights. Even with a resistor it would run the battery down.2014 Skoda Ambition Plus 103TSI candy white wagon, 6sp Manual, Tech pack, Panoramic Sunroof, 18's, Colour Maxidot, Comfort BT

If there is a residual current flowing through the map lights then it surely it won't make any difference whether the bulb is LED or incandescent.Originally posted by jfi2ee View PostMight pull them out in that case
The voltage is probably too low to light the filament on the incandescent, but can just support an non-resistor LED.
The interior lights or not simple on/off but attached to a fade up/down system, so maybe yours (or anyone's?) does not entirely switch off when it fades down?
It might also be a 'feature'. Failed exterior bulbs can be detected even when switched off so there must be some residual current allowed through to detect any failure.
Basically I am saying that any drain will probably be minimal and you may as well put the LEDs in having bought them, or at least check with the dealer if there is a problem.
