Custom downpipe for Octavia VRS Melbourne?

Would anyone like to comment as to whether this would fit a 2012 RS TSI Manual Occy Wagon?

Also, do I need a 200 Cell Cat to make it legal or will the 100 Cell cut the mustard?

100 cell CAT's are often referred to as motorsport CAT's (not that we use CAT's in race cars)
APR just manage to pass the emissions test with a 200 cell CAT so one can conclude...

Just knock the #1 800cell cat out of the existing dump. You'll be left with a 600cell #2 cat.

The result won't be as good as a 3" DP but the spool up is definitely quicker.

thats not true. race cars should 100% run a catalytic converter. mine does!
