Hmm you might have seen me, I work in Hawthorn, although don't recall being on High St, my number plates are pretty obvious though if it really was me. There has been a black RS wagon near the new building at Swinburne uni many times, I'm guessing they are something to do with its construction, sometimes there is a second.
