I seem to recall that the term "Hot Hatch" is used to define performance based small cars. Can't say I've heard "Hot wagon" in general use when referring to performance vehicles.

Not in this suv driven market but plenty of hot European wagons are available. Rs4 and rs6 being two of my favourites. M5 wagon another stonker.

0.2 of a second slower to 100 is a poofteenth. This is an each to their own argument I prefer the look of the wagon, but mostly like it because it takes just a little bit more stuff. I did notice, however, with the wagon, some colours make it look out of balance at the rear. Is that just me?

While riding shotgun with the Mrs this morning, saw a blue VRS Wagon twice, once at east Maitland, and once at Heatherbrae.

Also silver VRS wagon at Heatherbrae....dark tint so couldn't see who was inside....

Yeah saw the same blue RS wagon near the tomago turn off, and obviously had a chuckle following you & your wife Dave out of R/Terrace, I gave a little wave ( maybe the tint is a bit too dark, ha ha ha ) as you guys pulled off there at Heatherbrae. I would have pulled up for a chat but we were running late for a BBQ lunch down at the central coast so didn't have time to stop.

As I was in the passenger seat, I couldn't really get a good view, but from what I saw when we were pulling over, the 2 silver VRS wagons looked pretty sweet together.

Clean looking yellow hatchback vRS turning around me into Bennett St as I left work this afternoon.
Sadly only about the 4th Skoda I've noticed in Perth in the last couple months.
Funny though, wasn't til I got a Skoda did I notice how many bloody VW's there are on the road ...... I'm sure theres more than there is Holdens!
