Skoda spotted thread

Interesting we haven't seen each other Raph, being neighbours. Same with Bayford Skoda. I used to see a black Octy wagon at Lysterfield Lake alot as one of the girls in the cafe had it. There's another white wagon I see around Cranbourne every now and again, and a blue vRS I see in Dandenong-bloke works not far from my work. All are pre FL.
I've had my vRS longer than this threads been here-yet have never been spotted. I have to admit to being slack when it comes to posting any sightings I have. Back in February there was a wagon identical to mine right down to the black roof rails. It was just out of Canberra-I pulled into a car park as he was reversing out of his spot-we were pretty close to meeting my accident. I guess we were both pretty surprised. Being slack, I didn't post this one. Have now though.
Saw lots of Skoda's today-but I think it's cheating to visit the dealer to do so. I dropped mine off at Bayford for a service, so went into the showroom for a look at the Superb wagon as I haven't seen one yet. Oddly, no one tried to sell me anything-in fact no one spoke to me at all.

Actually, I saw a pre-FL vRS liftback in Yellow parked at the end of the tram lines on the corner of Elizabeth St & Flinders St on Sunday arvo

Blue Roomster on High St in Preston late this afternoon. OK, it was only 100 metres or so from Bayford-but I'll claim it as a sighting as it wasn't actually at the dealership!

When I was at secondary school you could carve a notch in your belt for the cane and mark a Roman numeral for the strap.

I was in Canberra last weekend visiting family in my Silver FL vRS wagon, and didn't spot any others, although when driving back home to Newcastle on Monday afternoon I saw a very clean looking blue pre-FL vRS wagon driving south bound about 45km south of Sydney

Saw me my first Superb Wagon on the road tonight. Silver Elegance TDI on Victoria Rd, Drummoyne at around 8pm tonight. Driver and I gave the usual Skoda smirk .
