I'm glad you said that because I was going to grab a set of Spax coilovers... I'll take a look at some Weitecs.
Sorry mate in bris, if you can sort postage its a done deal.

I have hot tuning in my cupra, & as has already been said you can go as low as you like but they are very harsh. My wife hates being in the ibiza now (spoilt by the golf) & most friends who ride in it call it the go cart for the way it rides & handles. It's my daily & I love it but i'm starting to think I'm getting a little old for it.

im tempted by weitec too. - spax if cheap. but if weitec are similar to KW then thats MAAAD.

          modding two cars.

it makes it hard to be modding two cars at once. lol..

daily drive: 07 XR5 - Black Beast (POW right in the kisser)
occasional drive: 95 ibiza GTi - red rocket (worn and tired)

I just sent an email to Motorsport about shipping to Australia, also I asked if they could do a discount if I purchase multiple sets. If I can get a pretty good discount, I'll start another thread and get a list together... Hopefully get some really cheap coil overs!!
Looking for a new project! PM if you have a Golf Mk2 in need of some TLC.

On 12 month suspension for enjoying my Ibiza GTI too much... 2 months left!

Remember there is also these springs: Seat Buy suspension from Eibach including adjustable suspension and automotive coil springs.

Perfect to improve handling and tad lower on a budget.

There isn't any Ibiza ones available. They ran out a few months ago.

Yeah, AutoSlick has a set. The first page on this thread has a few photos of it. I was waiting for payday to get a set, when payday came they were out of stock. They don't even list them any more!

But at that price, I'm really not surprised!

                            Just got one of the wheels out of the shed mate and put a tape across it, measurements are as follows;

Total width rim to rim - 215mm (8.5 inches?)
                            PCD - 100mm x 4
                            Hub bore - 60mm (57.1mm?)
                            Back space - 139mm (et30 offset?)
Lip to lip diameter - 440mm (17 inch? Bummer I thought I'd bought 16's, they don't look big though, weird)

Still might be worth thinking about, 8.5's would be killer

I'll try and post a photo later

Does anyone know if I'll get rubbing? I don't really want to invest in tires to find it rubs.

On a good note, I GOT REGO! Unfortunately I had to go straight to work, but I had a little drive around Southbank in my lunch break! I had the most fun I've ever had on my lunch break I wish I went around Albert Park

                                That will rub like crazy.

Im pretty sure the specs should be stamped in the wheels?
