ACT First time GTI owner, previous experience with VAG

Hi All,

Just waiting on the finance to finally come through on my purchase of a 2017 GTI 7! I have been dreaming of a GTI or an Octavia RS for a number of years.

I have a young family and we already have a Skoda Karoq which we absolutely love, my in laws have an Octavia and a Passat.

Thanks for the welcome.

Unsure as to what packs the car has, as I am unsure what is standard kit. I do know it has the panoramic sunroof, which my wife is VERY pleased about (I think it is what got her approval for the purchase )

I know it has Auto Park, which I am a fan of, especially for tighter spots in shopping centres, and also just a neat trick to show off when I am too lazy to Reverse Parallel myself, as well as adaptive cruise control.

I cant remember the name of the paint, but it is a metallic grey (see below)

Nice colour, sunroof and the very desirable optional xenon headlights which look sooo much better than the standard headlights. Its a nice looking car.

Yes, and the auto park feature is very cool, I have it on my GTI and Polo and it's the best way to parallel park.
