Just a quick hello as a new member!
I have been a long time VW enthusiast. Currently I have a T4 long wheel base diesel, it's not without its little issues but I love it.
In the past I've owned 2 T2s, one which I bought back in 1999 from a 1 owner with minimal klms. It was immaculate, it felt like a new car at the time. The old guy I bought it from kept it garaged and only drove it occasionally - it still had the plastic on the back bench seat. Unfortunately at the time I was young and couldn't really afford the maintenance and sold it a few years later.
Anyway, thats my quick story
