VIC RNS510 Australia maps upgrade

Hiya,

I recently purchased a 2014 VW Jetta. I wish to update my Australian maps to the latest version.

My RNS510 specs:

Delivery port number: 1T0035680L
Hardware version: H09,
SW: 5269,
Map HDD : 8035.

I dont think updating the firmware would be necessary since theres no significant upgrade after that. Can you guys help ? Thanks

V9 was on sale for about $500 and apparently wasnt a lot different to V8 which most of us use as no one is going to pay for V9
VW no longer support versions of maps for the RNS 510

Illegal software (Map copies) are not allowed on here any more.

Seeing as the latest version ever made by VW is V9 I would think this is a scam and that outfit is known trouble

Plan B is to upgrade the entire headunit to the RCD330+ and get CarPlay instead so you can run maps from your phone. At $50 I'd upgrade the maps in my RNS, for under $500 you can get the headunit and some toys to go with it.
