Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    October cruise on Sunday the 1st - 8:30 meet for 9am depart.

    Yes it's a long weekend and yes it's Grand Final day though we should be done and dusted by then.

        OK after a bit of a quiet time over Xmas and new year we've set the date for our dyno day. Put this date in your calendars - Saturday 12th May. Hope to see everyone out there.

          Hi tigger73 ... I'd would like to attend the dyno day but have work commitments unfortunately. Keen for a cruise in the near future on a Sunday if people are interested... chance to meet some members here. Cheers.

                Dyno day is coming up next weekend (Sat 12th). If you want to run please let me know ASAP as there's still a couple of places left.

                If you just want to drop past/spectate that's fine also. We'll be running in the morning until lunchtime at Graham West Workshops, 668 Marion Rd Park Holme.

                    Would i be right in thinking that the Coffee and Drive meet for this month (June 201 was on 3rd?
                    Just picked up my new (to me) R32 and fancied taking her out this weekend to a show or on a group drive.

                    Anyone aware of anything going on this public holiday weekend?

                      Yeah we've been a bit slack with organising monthly catch-ups. I'm keen to go for a drive and Sunday looks like best weather.

                      Meet at Taylor Blend Cafe, Hallet Rd Stonyfell at 8am for an 8:30 depature??

                      I'll work up a bit of a route but look to be back in town by ~10:30(ish).

                        I will definitely be up for that! I am Port Noarlunga, so not to far...
                        I can tell you though that it will absolutely pour down with rain all day on Sunday. I know this because i plan to spend the entire Saturday clay barring/Polishing/sealing and detailing the car on Saturday. And that always results in rain
