                    Updated the reserve list.

I spoke with QLD Raceways about the potential for a double session previously.
They basically said it's only an option at QR and the minimum spend is $3000 so it just isn't do-able.

The only real option we have it to schedule one every 2 or 3 weeks and just have alternating groups (i.e. batch 1 = AWD and RWD, batch 2 = fwd cars; or batch 1 = the first 25 people and batch 2 = the second 25 people and they just stay in those groups).
The problem is that I don't have the time or money to do one every 2-3 weeks and you have availability issues for the tracks and people attending etc.

It's a huge task and time commitment you make every month in organising these. I'd really like to know how we can return the gratitude for your effort and our enjoyment.

Perhaps we can pass a hat around with a note contribution (as opposed to coins, lol).

I agree. Suggestion to make it $30.00. $25.00 for the breakfast & track with a $5.00 thank you for Clay's efforts organizing the event. The $30.00 would be for cars the enter the track. Passengers - breakfast only to remain at $25.00.

                        Thoughts?
.... now watch a Peugeot turn into a corner !

No need to start a donation or anything, i am happy enough just being able to organise these and get the forum members mingling and doing some more serious driving than we can do on the roads, plus seeing all the new mods people have done (i.e. seat intercooler's and Lito's turbo upgrade) make it a nice morning out.

So while i appreciate the thought, I would rather we just rock up with our $25 on the day and keep these as cheap and cheerful as possible.

How about two organisers? Rather than alternate QR and Lakeside (which will eventuate), have more frequent Lakeside happy laps with alternate organisers.
