Wow sounds like a great drive, shame your doing Lions Rd, you miss one of the best bits of tarmac but i'm still keen for part of it at least

      Yeah...not 100% sure there.
To be honest, I've not been there in a very long time. I just thought people may wish to call in there, but if it's a haven for bad things, we could do without such hassles...

What's the best bit of tarmac? I thought the Lions Road was good...

I don't really mind going to the Spit but some people avoid it like the plague. My car's stock so I've got nothing to worry about so I guess we can discuss it on the day and people who want to go, can go.

Mt Lindsay highway between kyogle and woodenbong, best bit of blacktop I've come across to date. It's worth allowing an extra hour so you can do it a few times, the last drive I did with VW guys we did exactly that. Bout 20kms of S-bends, but keep it in the black stuff... Personally I'd do this stretch over Lyons, it's fresh black top, nice and smooth, cambered and no cows.

Ill be in china or Singapore that weekend unfortunately.

Yaa, I think that's where I first met you isn't it?

If that's the case, we can easily turn right onto Summerland Way, head to Woodenbong (lol) and double back to Kyogle. It's not a massive de/retour.

Yeah Lyons road is pretty crap and that section along Mt Lindsay to Woodenbong is just awesome, i've been riding bikes out that way for years

Not sure if I already posted... but this looks awesome! Cruises > Meets. I always enjoy cruises a lot more than meets ! This looks huge too, so it should be great!

Glad to see so many people are joining in for this. It'll be a great cruise! Although I'm hoping the roads haven't been damaged too much thanks to the rain.

Boo, but at least you're in VAG now so there's a "slight" chance of us crossing paths again.
