Thanks for organising this event Clay! It was good fun. Half an hour on the track seemed to fly by almost instantly.

Alright guys the first half of my onboard from the DS3 THP is up!

I think I improved my lines way better than last time and my gear changes were HEAPS better than last happy laps, especially downshifting with a bit of heel and toe Although I had to have a few cool down laps throughout the session as I could really feel sludgyness and numbness (making cornering slower) through the steering as the tyres became too hot.

Yeh, I got the manual turbo model of the DS3 back at the end of novemeber. I got tempted into the massive savings on the DS3 turbos at the end of year sales. The extra power certainly helps to overtake people and I probably don't annoy as many people as I used to when I exit corners either haha.

Still need the 205 back on the track though to have a fellow frenchie to drive with

No worries mate. I'm down for the next one. I've been buying up too. Got a MegaSquirt to put together, Quad LS1 coils and throttle bodies. Just doing some painting whilst i build the MS and by the middle of the year I should have it all in and tuned. The missus went APE ***** when she saw all this stuff arrive....

Cool video, can see how rich my little car is running haha. I apologize if I held people up too much through the corners, have only owned the car a week and have never driven RWD on the track before (dont even have it insured yet either), so was taking it super easy most of the time, would hold back every few laps down the straight to let people pass, was pretty impressed that it would keep up/pull away from at least half the cars out there though on the straights, not bad for something 27 years old

Great video Machine, I miss your overlays though. They were really handy for learning the lines.

Just an fyi, keep some space guys. The person in front of you can't go faster if you're up their chuff, cause if they mess up and need to brake you'll be in the back of them. Just slow down and chill til the straight.

Other than that I had a great time and look forward to more

The car's scary fast now.
The last one I did with this exhaust was Lakeside in December. 3-inch from turbo to tips with a valve that bypasses the muffler under throttle. If you heard it then and it sounds different now, it could be for a number of reasons:

1. Because the downpipe was slightly longer then and wasn't a good fit so they sent me a new, slightly shorter one. Exact same design though.

2. Because I've since added a high pressure fuel pump, larger intercooler and high flow air filter.

3. Because you cleaned the wax out of your ears.
