Just a side note for everyone. I saw Ben's thread in the general section about posting photos online, and I thought about what Dad does for taking photos at the track.
I thought that if you are worried about getting caught, maybe we should take our licence plates off when we get there. I've seen a couple of people do this already as a precaution. OR you could tell me if you don't want your car being uploaded online in a picture. Thanks.

I generally do this & think it's a good idea. I didn't have time at the last one (arrived late), but normally pull the plates before going out in case anything happens. Insurance co's are known to float around racetracks (or at least have access to photos) that they use in case they suspect a claim is dodgy.
OK so another item to add to the 'to-bring' list, electrical tape and scissors or a screwdriver.

Yeah I took my plates off when under warranty and had a few suspension related claims with worn mounts and strut top bearings. If you're worried, need to cover your rego sticker to.

If I feel like a country drive I might head out and take some photos for ya'll. I'm getting a new camera for my birthday so I'll be all keen to test it out!
