Lol. Good one. If you've been reading the engine break in thread, you'll know that my car eats oil so no worries there
Nah I hadn't read it. Oh well, tracking it will help bed the rings. My car had 14k on it before I tracked it, though I bought it with 12,500.

Haha I'll try, hope I don't slow too many people down; I haven't had a chance to get on a track before..
I guess I'll just try and keep up with whoever's in front of me
Car's all cleaned, fluids and tyre pressure's checked -- See you in the morning gents!

And lady Im still the only one - need more female rev heads
Well that was fun
It was nice to put a few more faces to names.
It really shows how much driver experience and familiarity with the track makes a difference -- for instance, Sean was so much more confident and committed into the turns. I tried to follow along but I need heaps more practice
It took me a few laps to get familiar with the car. It's funny, you drive your car everyday but it's a different beast at speed.
My observation is that it felt.. squirmy. I think it may have something to do with the tyre pressures so I'll have a play for next time. Other than that it felt fairly planted, maybe a little light in the rear. I also need better brakes!
The whole time I had my missers voice in my head going "Don't break it..."
I was pleasantly surprised how nicely everyone played on the track. I did my best to wave the quicker cars through so I didn't hold anyone up.
Overall, I had fun

I also enjoyed myself.
The Jetta is definately different on the track!
I only want to change suspension, brakes and wheels..haha.
At least I beat all the other Jettas, I know,I know...I was the only one
Again thanks for the morning.
