  • Pre registration relies on *most* people pre registering, I'm not sure of the numbers for the nationals but there are still lots of people who show up on the day.

Meeting in one car park to transfer everyone to the show area is also very possible but relies on people all showing up early... again something which doesn't usually happen. I'd love to see 100 cars all lined up and waiting to get in when the gates open!

At the nationals in Sydney I usually have some idea of pre registered numbers so can attempt to leave space for the different models, although in our case we have enough space to be able to sort on the fly in most cases.

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

    • Yeah exactly pre-reg is good but 90% of people don't pre-reg.
Early meet is good too but probably 70% of people turn up later.

We're planning on doing online pre-reg next year and seeing how it goes.

But heck, send me a PM with your thoughts and I will pass it on.
Meeting for the monthly meeting at 7:30 tonight.

        • I would also like to be another to thank the crew who ran the Clubveedub tent and gave up their time to organise everything for the weekend, (Bruce, Mark and others) as pointed out earlier in the thread, that sort of thing is often a thankless task and they do such a great job so we can all enjoy ourselves.

          Cheers,

          Snowy
