Sorry weewilly. That is why I asked the question. It looks like it is Mt Cootha at the moment. Just trying to sort out the exact place.
Team_v, yes, that is the spot except I think that you have to go up the hill and just past it and come back down the hill a touch. Or is it easier to meet in the car park at the bottom. Right where it says the planitarium. We need to lock it in so that we all know what is going on.
I like the idea of the lovers lane area.
Bit of a view and easy to find now that we have located it.

It is.
The SRT6 was produced when DaimlerChrysler still existed, and is actually an SLK32 AMG with different sheet metal. All mechanicals made by AMG/Mercedes, and the new bodywork assembled at Karmann in Germany.
No part of the car ever touches American soil.
I thought I might be cruising up from the Coast as I'm going to visit the VR6PitCrew tomorrow, but then I remembered I should probably give my car a good scrubbing to get all the mud off it.
I'm not really sure where's I'll be, it all depends on whether I wake up early enough tomorrow to wash it before I leave for the Coast.

Okay, so we are meeting at the cove that overlooks the quarry at 6:30, leaving at 6:45.
Ironman and MKV32 are bringing drinks if i recall correctly.
Are we still doing the WebberQ and sausages/bread idea?
Or would it be easier to just order pizza and pick it up on the way?
We do have almost 40 people from this forum alone currently so keep that in mind.
