Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

5th is no good for us we'll be away racing in the Australian Tarmac Challenge and Saturday we arrive in Murwillumbah to have a run on the World Rally Championship Super special stage, we are the last cars to run on it just before the WRC cars. http://rallyaustralia.com/
I'm surprised no one going down to Murwillumbah NSW for a look, it will be brilliant to see the top WRC drivers in the world going around, they should make us look very very very ordinary
Any weekend after that is good for us and we'd love to attend.

Righto then. Rather then let this fall by the wayside let's get this all going again. So I think we go normal bowling during the day on a Saturday afternoon say 2 or 3pm and that way if anyone is keen on sticking around we can go for a feed aftewards as well.
I propose either of the following following dates for October (others are no good due to Bathurst and Super GP):
17th October
31st October
If I can confirm at least six people for 2-3 games then it's worth doing.

So anyway since we've had such a resounding response, I'm going to put these details out there and if no one shows up the GF and I will play a couple of games by ourselves.
The details:
Date: Saturday the 17th of October at 4:30pm.
Venue: AMF Bowling, Greenslopes

Entry: Cnr Logan and Chatsworth Rd
I will be booking on Monday the 12th of October so if you plan on coming let me know by then and if you're bringing anyone. Depending on the numbers we get I might organise to go out for a feed afterwards. Otherwise we will probably go out for dinner anyway at somewhere like Stone's Corner.
