I'm a shift worker as is Mrs BTJ so we will never be able to be there every time as our rosters rotate. However I'd be there as often as I can and i think that with a regular event you would get into peoples routine.
Sydneysiders are a strange bunch. We all have so much going on in our lives (unlike boring victorians and south australians) that it is hard to lock down one night. Unlike melbourne and adelaide there are actually things to do in Sydney.
