Well what can i say!
What a great day.A little bit hot for me with temps up at 40 degs or so and no air con. Good to put some faces to names and thanks to dr spine for sorting it out.
That's the best mixed grill i've ever had i think!
Can't wait for the next one.

Yeah, it was a good day with Dr Spine picking some great driving roads. The food, well, was as expected, TOPS. I took on the mixed grill as I said I would & only just managed to finish it.
P.S. Got photo's but still have to work out how to get them on here.

just got home 5 minutes ago... 8:45pm... left at 7:30am.... and just like to say there were 2 mk1 GTi's, my body "was" a gls, i think you got your info of my little bro... man that was a hot day for sure, other than a slight fuell pressure prob and radiator cap leaking it was all good and fun..thanks to all for a fun day.... we need a dyno day..

It finally happened

Thanks to the Good Doctor for getting behind this event and making it happen. Great to see our subtropical membership having such a great day. Very rewarding fo me too

Great photos and Terri and I had a great day and am looking forward to the next one. It was great to get the cobwebs out of the new car. I'm the one with the Black Magic GTI Mk5 (hence forum name Voodoo). My wife said we need to get more women along at the next as she really enjoyed it and encouraged others to join in at the next one.
