        LOL

well, they were "good" in the day which i suppose would make it "ok" for all situations. I could see his blinkers flash (fast!!!!) and brake lights fine.

Had a great day. Exhausting, but great Big turnout put a huge smile on my face again, although there were one or two mishaps in terms of heading in the right direction and all, but in the end we made it. Lost most of the aircoolers though! And sorry to those I left at Stanwell Surf Club!!!!!

Lack of decent parking had me stumped on where I should place my car without scraping/getting stuck. I eventually did get stuck (where I parked in the pics) but a 2097-point turn got me out haha.

Can't beat sausages and onions on the BBQ, but the noodles were horrible

Good to meet the familiar faces again, and the new!

              I didn't take many pics... here's some I did:

My car of the day - love the stance Mischa!

Fantastic pics Burgs!!!!! Love the detail you capture. I should've been utilising my polarising filter more but was too busy drooling over the amount of VWs in one place. Oh yeah, the count was 1 Mk4, 3-ish Polos, 1 Scirocco and the rest of the 20+ cars were Mk3s and Mk5s! The GTs had a HUGE showing! Disappointing not to see any Mk1 or Mk2s though

Thanks for the effort everyone made for today, in organising & the turnout. At one point I looked in the mirror & all I could see were vw's

Great pictures Raymond, they turned out really well. Shame about the others that were taken without the motion correction on though

                            Hi guys,
I just registered (I normally hang out at golfmkv.com). I own the red MkV GTI with the BBS wheels. Thanks for an awesome day today - I had an absolute blast! It was terrific to meet a bunch of very nice and welcoming people with a great common interest.

WhiteRabbit - its fine, don't worry about the fingerprints! She's a real little cutie - my missus thinks that picture is an absolute classic!

The photo's are looking excellent. Will have to wait for the wife to get her shots off the camera for me, mine should be up later tonight or in the morning

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.
