at this point it looks like the 4th mate. we should meet up somewhere on the morning of that day (petrol station next to Arundel Plaza maybe?) and jump on the Hwy from there.
you still want to meet up it will have to be early 7am if we are to meet up in milton with others at 8.30 am
so guys we need some pple to volunteer prep of food (trust me u dont want me near a bbq) but i am quite happy to chip in funds, and i dont think it would be fair for jon to do the cooking so options a. some1 or some1s volunteers and lets every1 know a cost of food etc which im sure no1 here will have a problem paying. option b. is kilcoy hotel which adds 50kms onto the trip or option c. we starve

i'm usually happy to help out but when it comes to a bbq, trust me, you guys would rather starve. i have been behind a bbq once and made several ppl sick for quite a while.....never again! how un-australian of me
anyway, i will be busy grabbing pics of everyones rides and the whole event! snap snap snap
If we are just doing some sussages, onions, in a bit of bread, with maybe some cheese and dead horse, $1 or so should cover that fairly easy. Then someone get some cans of drink, they normally work out 30-40c each, then some ice, flog them off for 50c.
That or $2 for a susage, and $1 for a drink and give the rest to a worthy chairty?
I wouldn't bother with bringing a bbq. Just maybe get someone to go ahead 10mins or so to earmark one if its busy.
