Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

            more than you're prepared to pay (apparently).

            If you've got a price range...best to display that.

                I am also interested in one but I am not having much luck finding one at a reasonable price. Can anyone suggest where to find one? Is there a thread on the unit? I have searched but get error messages

                  This is the price range, you will not find a working RNS510 for less than that. So if this is too much, I'd suggest looking at cheap Chinese alternatives .....

                      I was just saying yesterday that if I didn't already have an RNS510 I'd seriously consider one of those Android based cheap units. Choice of nav software (which is better than most in car nav apps!) + the ability to run torque pro.

                      If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.
