From the online chat forums, I understand that this ancient motor might be about the perfect thing to shoehorn into a B! Passat engine bay. The thing is, they're ancient, and apparently a lot more common in the US / Europe. Does anyone know where I might find one, or better, have one they're willing to part with? My preference would be for the OBD-1, but OBD-2 would also be considered! Cheers.
