Purchased this many moons ago in Japan.
I paid a decent amount of Yen for it but i believe it was worth it.
I love looking at the craftsmanship and admiring the detail of this RC.

It has never been used... and i even have the box! but i forgot to take photos! i also didn't take photos of the huge manual!

If i don't sell it i'll happily make it, but if someone throws me a decent offer ill consider it it's in WA. 280ono

to put the size in perspective its about the size of a shoe box (the RC car itself) the box it is in is bigger

To be fair a quick google/ebay on this reveals these are still available for less than what you're asking - brand new.

Also just checked again.

First time i looked there was nothing! and tamiya said "temporarily sold out" but it appears they're back in stock! for just over $200USD
Guy in denmark also with the spiderman sticker one want 226+56(approx shipping)

apart from the box being opened mine IS brand new and unassembled.

with this new info i'll price the RC at $280 negotiable
