I originally bought this from another forum member for my 1.8T project, but I've just bought a bargain, low mileage AGU engine instead and I'm going down that route. I believe it was originally bought from Camden GTI (I'll try and confirm this) so it's quite a reputable wreckers, so I can't see there being any issues with it. It's been dry stored in my shed for 2 years now and occasionally turned over.
Comes with:
Inlet and exhaust manifolds
Oil cooler
Injectors and fuel rail
Most sensors and valves
Full engine loom
Engine mounts
Knock sensors
Most coolant hoses
Oil line to turbo
Also thrown in some coil packs from a 79k engine 1.8T. Don't need them as I did the 2.0T coil pack mod.
There's a fair bit.
Looking for offers around $500, it's worth about $350-450 in parts if I sold them in Europe, but would rather not strip it!
