In case anyone comes across this thread in future, at $180, even in bulk, after shipping, I'm making a loss on these, so the normal, one off retail price is a bit higher at $225. There is very little money in these small company boutique things, and this deal is pretty much an advertising cost / favour to the forum members to get the ball rolling. Not looking for sympathy, just letting people know why the normal price is significantly higher!

Finally had time to pull the airbox & get photos of the gear linkage in the 1.8tsi Skoda Octavia. As I said before, it looks backwards to the GTI. Note the clutch slave cylinder on top of the bell housing.

Brad, it looks reversed like you say, but I can't see why it wouldn't work....we're gonna have to get you over one weekend and have a trial fit.

Have added getjet and Fuzion to the list, seems if we can make one fit your Skoda, I'm gonna have to miss out this round!

I've only got very basic tools (and know how), so haven't really considered that as an option.

Might watch the youtube video though and make the call afterward.
