OK, all but one confirmed. I have passed this info onto Jim at Dieselgeek and he is into machining them all up. Will be placing the final order after the weekend to allow any stragglers to jump in / finalise their confirmation. I would expect the lot to ship out second week of October. As soon as they ship I will PM tracking so you can all watch progress of your new toy. I will get one onto my car as soon as I can and do a video, but it seems to be regarded a pretty easy setup.

Just make sure when you do this that you MARK the placement of the stock shifter body on the splined cable ends, as this will be the starting point for fine tuning the H pattern. This spline is not a thread, but a series of rings, which allow you to adjust the cable lengths in tiny amounts, and just one click can make all the difference. Getting this close to stock is a much easier starting point for fine tuning!

In my mind this will be the most critical thing.
