The air conditioning in my Tiguan is having some issues. You have to switch it on and off a few times before it works, and sometimes, it works the first time.

Has anyone had this issue in the past?

We have recently bought a MY15 Multivan Highline with I assume a RNS510.

When the car is started, sometime the screen 'glitches' and the VW logo is cut in half. This lasts 10-30 seconds.
Other times, the unit restarts...
