I’m looking at purchasing a T5.1 TDI400 Highline with a CFCA engine - manufactured in November 2011.

Obviously concerned about the cost of an EGR replacement or catastrophic engine failure down the track. Thanks for all the info on this forum.

Could anyone share info or tips for dropping the gearbox and changing the clutch.

Are there any links to workshop manuals? or list of procedures?

I have my Amarok up on the 4 post hoist and a gearbox lift ready!

I have been driving VW T5's for a while and my current ride is a 2012 TDi400 DSG that I use for my mobile automotive servicing business and towing my race car.
