Could anyone share info or tips for dropping the gearbox and changing the clutch.

Are there any links to workshop manuals? or list of procedures?

I have my Amarok up on the 4 post hoist and a gearbox lift ready!

Gearbox is out, replacing the flywheel, Clutch and Thrust Bearing...does anyone have the flywheel Bolt torque Settings?
