My MY07 GTI is idling rough and hunting revs, no CEL.

Most likely PCV and Diverter Valve, it's been over 60k since they have been replaced, they are almost consumables.

What is the current revision number for them? Hoping the current revision will...

But...I'm getting confused with the sheer number of revisions and their part number suffixes, do they have any differences in terms of pressure held etc?
