My B8 Passat 206TSI's door handles have been affected by the common 'cracking' problem. Unfortunately the car is out of warranty and hasn't been near a dealer in a while, so I decided not to lobby them to replace it in good faith.

The replacement items are relatively cheap (under $80ea)...

VW state no such compatible item available, but have seen one on an arteon.

2007 TDI 103kw wagon, almost 103,000km. Was planning to keep this for a while longer at it has still only done relatively low km, everything still works 100%, has zero rattles, nothing is falling off or broken and still drives extremely well, apart from feeling a bit "floaty" which I assume...

For those who interested, APR is on 10% sales now, however it's still $10 more than the RRP couple months ago before the most recent price hike.

I will pass this time as I have spent too much this Xmas, the boss(wife) won't approve this.
