Has anyone managed to get their Touareg to run both the VW Nav & Waze/Google Maps/Apple Maps at the same time?

My nav has worked perfectly up until a couple of weeks ago.

Now whenever i press the nav button is says " NAVIGATION: Function not supported'

All i could think of is using OBD11...

Does anyone have different speed limits from the nav display to the cockpit warning? There are several roads in SA where I will get a warning for exceeding 60km however the Nav display correctly displays 80km??

Had this issue for a day now and it’s driving me crazy.
Basically when I scroll across the Active Info Display screen to show the Nav screen, the tacho and speedo don’t resize smaller and the map size doesn’t increase like it should and used to.
I have forced restart holding power...

Hi all, I’m about to purchase a new t6 lwb 4motion, MY18. Sadly it doesn’t have a nav unit.

I’d like to know if the factory nav units have dynamic guidance such as Waze, Apple maps or google maps do? And if so is there a subscription fee to pay.

Have had it for a month, liking it so far.
Interested in upgrading the Head unit to late model nav unit (seems harder than it should be).
