We're having an immobiliser issue on our 98 T4 Caravelle. I've fixed lots on this van already and I would like to just disable the immobiliser instead of going down the route of replacing this that and the other spending hundreds of dollars on parts that aren't faulty like I did with the ignition issue...

Can anyone tell me if I was to buy a new ecu for my mk4 what I need done in order for it to work. That's if I buy a stock or stage 1. I still want to keep my immo. I'm talking things like having to change over my keyless entry etc...
