The hinge holding the glovebox lid handle broke.

There's no beige glovebox lids for Right Hand Drive cars. Everything is for LHD, which obviously doesn't fit.

So I took a gamble. Bought a LHD lid. Cut out the hinge and glued it into mine.

JB Weld did a great job....

I'm looking to wire up a dedicated Westfalia towbar harness. The instructions are for a LHD vehicle and show the BCM on the left hand side of the car. Can anyone give me some tips on how to remove the glovebox?

I've taken out the top three/lower two screws. I dropped the glovebox door right down, removed the end panel from the dash and the footwell covering too but I can't find anything else holding it in place.

Does anyone have a lead on new RHD glove boxes/lids? Mine is busted, the handle mount broke off. I'm not keen on a used one because I'm sure they're about as old and brittle as mine. There are cheap ones from China on eBay but they're unfortunately for LHD cars.

Hey all, my glovebox locks have fallen inside the glovebox and door stays open. Do I need to fully remove glovebox via centre consel etc or do i pry a small flat screwdriver to lip of glovebox and access internals from there.
