Just recently Columbus unit in our Mk2 Superb defaults to Media when car is started. Previously always started up in Radio. Anyone confirm how get Radio as default once again?

My 2013 Octavia Columbus has no volume - radio, nav,BT. This looks to be a common problem which can fixed by a firmware update to s/w version 409 or 411.
Does any one have a link.
