What's really sad is that people got hurt / killed ? and the comments are two rednecks battling it out as to who's country is better. So selfish....

What ARE you talking about, Greg? It happened on Guam airbase, both pilots bailed out ... no one was hurt/killed.

The main thing is is that it came down to a simple mechanical failure. Moisture causing failure in 3 flight control sensors led to the plane thinking that it was at a lower angle of attack than it was, causing it to raise that nose higher at a speed too low for that angle of attack, causing the aircraft to stall, and then wing over into the ground...Leading to the demise of a truly gorgeous aircraft.
Those crewman who bailed out have balls of steel. Nothing will come to the pilots about it, and they will keep flying i dare say.

Sounds like the guy who made the rubber seals for the flight control sensors might be in a bit of strife tho!
