No mate. We're all car lovers here and a lot of us have different marques in the carport. That was an awesome car in its day and deserves a place in Oz history (as does the Monaro, P76 Targa, Falcon GT etc.
Go the Charger. Dukes of Hazzard Stylee. I have wanted one forever too, but it would have to be Hemi orange.

I'd have a Mclaren F1 was at the top for over 15 years. A 3 seater driver central supercar. And I wouldn't be suprised if it was more practical and quicker around a track than the new Bugatti.
Anyway there's talk of a car to blow the Bugatti off the street pretty soon.  1500hp worth of gas turbine
Ariel Atom ... nuts road legal open wheeler!! 600bhp per tonne!!
or a lovely morgan aero 8 GTN with new bmw v8
or a Koenigsegg, or an RS4 Avant, or a GT2 Carrera, or a supercharged mini moke, or a Bowler Wildcat, or a lotus exige ... (i know you said only 1 car but dont force me to choose!!)
I'd have to say, since i'm a golf nut, full race spec 2lt20vt mk1 awd seq shift, padle shift, carbon fibre everythink.
What a crazy ride it would be :!: .
As my rides crazy with the 16v in it now.
more power. No wait

LWB midroof T5 Multivan Business 3.6 4motion. Get Dr Seb to supercharge it, lower it on some 19" BBS LMs and have some fun. I wonder if Cayenne Turbo brakes fit.
Geez , that will be a project and a half . The 3.6 has a smaller V angle so a supercharger on that would be interesting . Any reason why supercharger over turbo ?

Heat and space. Haven't really had the chance to have a good look at a V6 T5 Transporter, don't think I've actually seen one yet, but I assume under bonnet space would be similar to the T4. VF engineering in the US does a kit for the 24 valve T4 V6 useing a centrifigal supercharger. Plus I feel that the lower rpm torque that a screw type supercharger, Sprintex, tend to produce would be better for a 2 tonne bus as opposed to a turbo setup, even a twin turbo. Although the thought of this thing with a BOV does appeal to me for some reason.
