Actually, the amount of spam seems to have dropped off significantly in the past week, because The_Hawk changed the image verification to reCAPTCHA. Many of the automated bot spammers have gone. That one had updated location and everything, so it looked as though it was more of a person.
Anyway... at this point there isn't much you can do to completely stop spammers. You get to a certain point where it becomes too difficult or restrictive for legitimate new users to join. That or you have an admin manually verify each new user, which means lots of work anyway...

Not sure on that one. There is no "advertising" anywhere, no link or anything. They also only have a single post, not numerous or numerous identical posts to indicate a bot etc. Just cause they've got bad grammar isn't reason to ban them

No no, I agree. I was just putting them up to keep an eye on as it's sus'. Bad grammar, outside of Australia and mismatched flag (is that the SA flag?
