vww: the most annoying search filters ever!

why are common words banned from being searched for???

i wanted to search for the "before and after" thread, but apparently all three of those words are too common

can we please get rid of ALL the search filters including the "too short", "too common" ones etc

Or update it, so that it's not so daunting for newcomers. I'm still not 100% used to it (granted I've used it like three times)...

I am not sure how much of this is phpbb and customizable.

Sure we can look into it.

Words like APR and GTI are too short so it is a little useless...

yep, also PVW is too short. AFAIK it's a limitation in the system and not something we have defined for both word length and "common" words.
