I ended up using cricks at Maroochydore.
they seem OK for a dealership (in my rather limited experiences) even gave the car a quick wash and vac while they had it.
but I think I'll end up going back to Jimmy at Alba in Brisbane for the next service

I saw something on Alba European's Facebook page recently saying that he is closing up shop to persue a job in Automotive Forensics, and Google is showing his shop as "Permanently Closed" so it looks like he has already moved on.
