Audi a3 1.4tfsi cax constant ticking noise

Hey guys

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have an audi 1.4 tfsi that has a constant ticking noise and never goes away. It sounded like a noisy tappet but i replace all of them including the roller rocker arms. I overhauled the complete engine a month ago new oil pump, new timing chain, new pistons etc. but still the engine has that tappet like noise. Any help will be highly appreciated.
