All I can say is that after dealing with Jarvis for my wife's Subaru, this has pushed Skoda down to the bottom of the list. I had nothing but woeful customer service from Jarvis in both sales and service departments. They made Solitaire look like the gold standard.

just had my 1st service with them... really hoping someone else will open up... quoted 500 repair on loose cable giving some BS story about very specific item that had a chip in it.... I fixed it with screw driver...
they basically didnt even look at it...

Try Duttons at Mt Barker. Free loan car, honest service, reasonable prices, and you don't have to pat yourself down as you leave to see what else they've taken...
