Hi Brisbane members. Has anyone done the Dayboro to Maleny via Mt Mee road recently. Is it a good drive and is the road in good condition ? thanks

Great road and when you hit Kilcoy-Beerwah Rd...take Nonmus road (on left)and go through Bellthorpe Range...brilliant road

Yes it is great drive we have done the Dayboro to Mt Mee run many times , plus we have done the Bellthorpe route as stated great drive fabulous views when you come out of the forest at the top . Our Transporter is lowered and handles the road conditions very well . But if you want the ultimate drive try visiting the Spring Creek Cottages and Cafe up in the hills behind Moogerah . Best way to enjoy is to drive over Cunninghams Gap turn off before joining the New England Hy there is a sign showing the Cedar Route to Queen Mary Falls . Once you pass through Killarney the drive is amazing easy access to some waterfalls then onto the highest point of the road where the Cafe is . Then the drive down through the forest back to Boonah . Its narrow in some of the down hill sections but well worth the drive .
