Oh no. I got my Tig from them earlier this year. They were so much nicer to deal with than Cricks.

It's been the talk of the Octavia sub-forum for a week.

At this point deliveries are delayed but they are still happening.

Hello, Yes, sad to hear about Byrts, I only just had my T5 serviced there at Capalaba on Tuesday, 18th and all seamed normal. Mind you they charged me $28/l for oil I could have bought at Supercheap for $15/l.

Well I went over to Bryan Burt Skoda Mt Gravatt this morning and Isuzu has taken over! Not a new Skoda in sight!

So what happens to the new Skodas they towed away?

I did not stop over at Bryan Burt VW Mt Gravatt? Whats the deal as they had their floor stock plan under ANZ?

Cars were towed from Bryan Byrt Auto on Friday.

CARS have been towed from three Volkswagen-linked sites of the Bryan Byrt Auto Group, which fell into receivership early this month.

The cars were removed after Volkswagen cancelled a franchise arrangement with Brisbane-based Bryan Byrt.

It affects three sites, two in Mt Gravatt and one in Capalaba, carrying Volkswagens and Skodas, which are part of Volkswagen.

A spokesman for Bryan Byrt’s receivers, John Greig and Richard Hughes of Deloitte, on Friday said they would contact customers who had paid deposits, after the receivership, for refund arrangements.

Other Bryan Byrt locations with vehicles such as Ford are still open.

It also appears that receivers from O’Brien Palmer Insolvency & Business Recovery Accountants have also been appointed to one Volkswagen-linked part of the Bryan Byrt group.

A phone call to the Skoda Mansfield service number to check on a booking they happily made late last week, number now goes to a central office. I was asked what make of car, I says Skoda and she said "we are no longer trading due to recievers, sorry"

I'm praying I dont get screwed. 7 months waiting for an octavia, to find out they can no longer sell it to me. VWA and skoda dont return calls, and wont send in writing that they wont sell my car to someone else.....

If they **** me over, I swear I will start the biggest public smear campaign they have ever seen.
