    Totally justified.

People who use phones while driving are the worst.

I see people talking on the phone and/or texting whilst driving all the time, it annoys me greatly and I would love to see the police launch an ongoing blitz to stamp it out.

Having said that, road rage seems to be increasing and is a great concern, I can't honestly say I condone his actions but I certainly understand his anger at the situation.

      Cheers

talking on the phone is much the same as drinking a cup of coffee when driving. Currently, there isn't any problem with a cup of coffee. Smoking when driving is also a dangerous thing to do but people do it. Dropping a cup of coffee in your lap or a cigarette can both be deadly. Phones are not the only bad habit.

Road rage, for whatever reason, idiotic. Fools like that need to be off the road as much as the idiot on the phone.

Let the cops sort it out FFS

Just saying that people see what they want to and don't read things properly and then make erroneous comments.

One of the milder carcam clips from Russia Have seen them when they get out with axes, baseball bats and even guns. She got off lightly

What the driver of the car who was on the phone got away with (or not) is irrelevant

The real idiot here is the guy who got out of his car and thought he was something special, axe or not.

How many kids watch that (and read the comments) glorifying his road rage ...

I don't agree that it's road rage if there's been an accident.

My friend was killed in the 1st case in Australia where the driver was found to be texting while driving so I'm totally with Hillbilly (and the driver of the Golf in the video)

As sad as that is, there is no excuse for road rage and anyone advocating it is as much an idiot as the person committing road rage

As I said, I don't consider it road rage in this instance since there was an accident. If she'd caused him to swerve and recover and he chased her down and did this, then THAT would be road rage IMO

So if he had pulled out a gun and shot her, it would not have been road rage and justifiable IYO ?

I agree to an extent. But the main problem with talking on the phone is that your brain is focusing on the conversation rather than driving. For that reason, I'd make the assertion that whether you're on bluetooth or holding the phone, the main distraction is the conversation, not holding the handset. Hopefully someone can drink a coffee without too much cognitive deprivation
