  • VW servicing in Newcastle area

G'day, putting out the call to anyone who has had a good service experience in the Newcastle/Hunter region. Specifically a 15k for my oil burner coming up...

I bought my R36 from Klosters Newcastle. Serviced twice there. No complaints only wished they would wash my car after service. Book in advance for a loan car.

My Golf is due for its first 12 month service in April. Not sure if ill take it back to Klosters or not as i havent exactly been happy with there service department so far. I think i might try European Auto Centre at Wickham. I know several people with Euro cars that get there cars serviced there with good reports - and they are cheaper too.

        Interesting I found this thread.

Went to try and book my T5 in to Klosters and found it's a 3 week wait to get in.

Will try the Euro Car Centre, but any further suggestions welcome.

Update for anyone who might be interested. My car will be getting serviced next week at Audi Newcastle. They are happy to do the VW's and all the Skoda's also get serviced there (as the Skoda dealership doesnt have a service area - Audi looks after their servicing and warranty). The guy who owns the Audi dealership also owns the Skoda dealership and they share staff etc.
