I'll also start it off ..... picked up a new 2011 Multivan from Gerald Slaven VW in Canberra (Belconnen) last week and received really good service.
Not only did Phillip (Brand Manager), come to the party price wise, he and Trent went out of their way to make the deal painless and pleasureable. Even picked me up personally from the airport as I flew in.
I cannot recommend them enough ....

The 'unnamed' dealer I bought my car from decided not to include the USB cable for the MDI (as I had the iPod cable already). Dermot from Wangara VW in Perth told me this should have been included in the price and told me to drop by and he'd give me one for free, even though it was another dealership.
